All clients have different requirements, time scale and abilities, so we are flexible in how an agreement can be formulated. Spacedesign fees and costs can be charged  as a fixed fee percentage of the cost of the work and materials 5 – 10%  or , or on a time charge basis.

We will allways provide a scope of work breakdown in the form of an initial itemised spreadsheet as a basis to discuss budgets, timescales, level of building contractor. Following acceptance of the total project cost, we will advise on logical work stages,  and under take to process planning and building control applications as part of the overall process from conception to handover.
